Our employment team specialises in all areas of employment law. Our team is experienced in advising on issues such as restructurings, works council and trade unions, redundancies and individual claims.
Our practice advises clients on the implementation of new requirements, such as BYOD, home office and whistleblowing hotlines. We assist numerous international clients on local and cross border employment related data protection issues.
We are advising clients on matters relating to executive employees (e.g. new hiring, amendments, separation agreements, termination notices).
We are also particularly active in advising our clients participating in mergers and acquisitions on both seller and buyer sides on employment aspects of the relevant transactions in close cooperation with our M&A team.
Our practice additionally covers employment litigation matters. We have successfully represented our clients in various employment related lawsuits, and on successfully negotiating out-of-court settlements.
