Our pharma and life sciences team regularly assists pharmaceutical companies, distributors, CROs and clinics on a wide range of regulatory and commercial matters. As this is a highly regulated business at both EU and national level, we ensure that our clients continuously comply with the frequently changing legal requirements. Hungary is a preferred location for clinical trials and pharmaceutical R&D projects given the highly qualified HCPs and the reliability of the data generated and results achieved by the local sites.

We provide legal assistance to CROs and research sites in relation to clinical trials, including local regulatory compliance issues and drafting and negotiating agreements with the sites and the investigators.

We advise our clients on the production and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical devices in the Hungarian market as well as the relevant authorisation requirements. Our aim is to ensure that the clients’ preferred supply line is introduced and maintained in Hungary in compliance with the local legal and regulatory requirements.

Our team assists pharmaceutical companies and distributors on promotional and marketing issues, including organising and sponsoring professional events.
