Partos & Noblet, Hogan Lovells associated law firm in Hungary, is pleased to announce that Judit Gulyás-Kovács has joined the firm as head of the Banking and Finance practice. Judit brings over two decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Judit joins the firm from ERSTE Bank Hungary, where she was head of Corporate Legal.

Judit is a recognised expert in banking and finance law in Hungary. She specializes in corporate and real estate finance, structured finance, factoring, leasing, as well as work out and restructuring matters. She has a particular focus in the real estate sector having advised on various commercial real estate financings, including offices, hotels, shopping centers, residential and logistics projects.

Judit also has extensive experience in finance regulatory matters, licensing and authorisation procedures, compliance, supervisory requirements, and payment services regulation.
