Gábor Kószó
Gábor Kószó is a senior associate in our office. His main areas of expertise are M&A transactions, real estate transactions, banking and finance and finance regulatory. He regularly participates in teams set up for transactional advice and his experience covers all phases of M&A transactions: legal due diligence, preparing transactional documents, participating to negotiations and assistance during closing of the transactions.
Gábor has extensive knowledge of the law relevant to a wide range of real estate, M&A and financing transactions, and he applies that knowledge flexibly to give clients the practical solutions they are looking for with appropriate legal protection.
