Judit Gulyás-Kovács
Judit Gulyás-Kovács is a counsel in our office and leads the banking and finance practice. She has been working in the banking industry as a legal advisor for more than 20 years, starting her career at UniCredit Bank and working as head of corporate legal at ERSTE Bank Hungary.
She has been involved in numerous financings including commercial real estate (offices, hotels, shopping malls, residential real estate properties, logistics, solar projects) and acquisition financing, as well as restructuring and insolvency matters.
She has broad experience in banking and finance regulatory matters, licensing and authorization procedures, financial services regulation, compliance and supervisory requirements and payment services.
