András Multas
András Multas is a senior associate in our office. His main areas of expertise are employment, intellectual property and regulatory, including information technology and data privacy matters.
Andras’ key areas of focus include employment law and employment related data protection law, particularly in the context of international intra-group data transfers, employee monitoring and processing of sensitive medical data. He has also assisted financial institutions, major international IT and software companies and a number of other businesses in various different aspects of employment contract negotiations and terminations as well as data protection compliance matters, including the implementation of internal policies and processes, privacy notices and data breaches.
András is also actively involved in competition related matters such as mergers, cartels or unfair commercial practices and represents them in both court and administrative proceedings.
