Helga Horváth is a junior associate in our office. Helga’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial and competition law. Helga’s experience has included advising clients on numerous corporate matters including international corporate restructurings and mergers. Her work covers various industry sectors. Helga is also an active member of the competition and antitrust team. Her work has included advising on merger control clearance and FDI notifications.
