Petra Kovács is a junior associate in our office. Petra’s practice focuses on corporate, commercial law, regulatory and competition law. Petra’s experience has included advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Petra also advises on commercial contracts and consumer protection matters as well as related regulatory matters.
